“I want to show you my scar.”

She stretches out her left arm to reveal a long and wide scar that starts at the pit of her elbow and ends at the place on her wrist where a nurse might check a pulse.

“I did this to myself. Six years ago I was lonely and distraught and I didn’t know what else to do. I wanted to stop feeling the pain I felt in my chest. So I did this.”

She looks down at her arm. “So many tears.”

Wow! Thanks for swimming around my little blog. I'm awestruck!

Okay so here's the deal. There's no pressure. My blog is all about meeting God just as you are right where you are. Full of doubt; without a doubt. Raised fist or raised glass. Flip flops or stilettos. You are welcome!

I'm thrilled we're taking this journey together!

Love.
